2. Eligibility
This competition is open to participants aged 18 years or older from any country. Employees of Let's Peru It, their families, or any person directly connected with the competition or its administration are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Details
By paying $10 USD via PayPal to letsperuit@gmail.com and providing your full name and contact email, you are entering into a random draw to win a private walking tour in Cusco for two people.
4. Entry Period
The competition opens on April 22nd, 2025 and closes at midnight on July 31st, 2025 (Peru time). Entries received after this time will not be considered.
5. Entry Requirements
To enter, you must:
Send a payment of $10 USD via PayPal to letsperuit@gmail.com
Include your full name and contact email in the payment notes
Ensure the information provided is correct and complete
6. Prize Details
The winner will receive a 5-hour private walking tour for 2 people in Cusco, Peru. The tour includes:
A private local guide
Entrance tickets to all featured sites
A tasting of local fruits, Andean bread, and cheese
Visits to the Plaza Mayor, local market, and Sacsayhuamán
The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. Travel to Cusco and any accommodation or additional expenses are not included.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will be conducted within 7 days of the competition closing. The winner will be notified via email and must confirm acceptance of the prize within 5 days of notification. If no response is received, a new winner will be drawn.
8. Tour Date of your choice: Subject to availability.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
All entry payments are final and non-refundable, except in the event the competition is cancelled by the promoter. In such case, refunds will be issued to all entrants.

By entering this competition, you agree to the use of your personal data for the purpose of administering the competition. Your information will not be shared with third parties.
11. Liability
Let’s Peru It is not responsible for any travel disruptions, personal loss, or injury incurred while participating in or traveling to the tour. Participants agree to travel and engage in the tour at their own risk.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Peru. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Peru.
13. Agreement to Terms
Participation in this competition constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with any of the rules may result in disqualification.
